Improvements in air transportation are initially defined through an operational concept document. Mosaic ATM specializes in the design and specification of new concepts through development of detailed operational concept documents. Our techniques and methods start with air traffic operations data analysis and inefficiency identification and lead to design of roles and responsibilities for users, information needs, and high-level system functions. These techniques have been proven in numerous projects previously conducted by Mosaic ATM.
